Sporting a brand new engine developed by Porsche, the Audi S7 is backed by a 2.9-litre bi-turbo V6 with mild-hybrid technology for added efficiency. It is now found in a vast array of Audi S and RS models, not to mention the Porsche Macan, Cayenne and Panamera.
