Although a Calais is technically a different model from a Commodore, and in fact it was sold as a dedicated model, the crossover between the two is hard to overlook. In fact, in all reality, the Calais is effectively a luxury version of a Commodore, boasting a similar look, and many interchangeable parts. As Holden no longer produces the Calais, nor sells any cars across the Australian market, this model is only available in the second-hand market - assuming you can find one!
