Retired in 2021, the Alfa Romeo 4C enjoyed one final swansong on our shores. In true style, the Italian auto-maker released a limited-edition variant to mark the occasion, the 33 Stradale Tributo. With just 15 units sold, it’s unlikely you’ll find one of these, but they will surely be a collector’s unit down the track. With a carbon-fibre tub frame, as well as mid-engine configuration, the Alfa Romeo 4C has always been a little unique and showy. But it’s showy for the right reasons, with this slick unit capable of sprinting from 0-100km/.h in just 4.5 seconds. That’s thanks to a 1.7-litre turbo-petrol four-pot that produces 177kW and 350Nm, and a gross weight measuring in at around 1000kg. The six-speed dual-clutch auto is mighty fine, with precise gear changes that make for an exhilarating ride. Owners of the 33 Stradale Tributo will also be treated to some fancy upgrades both inside and outside the cabin, particularly as far as design goes. And why does design matter so much in this instance? Hands down, this is one of the prettiest cars to ever grace the new car market - even better that it acts the part as well.
