The Maserati Quattroporte is a stupendous car that has plenty going in its favour. Naturally, this is a luxury unit, and while it comes with a design that is somewhat out there, you can't help but feel the Italian charm of this brand shines through and brings around any doubters. It offers much more persona than some of the German luxury brands, which instead are more business-like and traditional in many respects. Fortunately, the Quattroporte also brings great performance to the table, so it's more than just a flashy car.
It might seem hard to believe, but those are more than just rumours! The 3.8-litre twin-turbo V8 engine found in the Quattroporte is a production out of Ferrari, so you know we are talking about a bona-fide all-star right here. With a power output rated at 580 brake horsepower at 6,250 rpm, and peak torque output of 730 Nm, you have immense gusto at your disposal. Ferrari produces this engine to Maserati's specifications at its prestigious manufacturing plant in Maranello.
When it comes to Maserati cars, they tend to depreciate faster than most, if not all other luxury sports cars.
