2 / 10The major problems with purchasing renault is there warranty . I have had major issues with the engine leaking oil through the exhaust system. I purchased my new van 15mths ago. The problem I have gone back to the workshop every couple of months firstly to see where leak was , then all oil drained and new oil put in to correct levels .I am loosing about 1.5 ltrs ever 5 to 10,000 km . Then I was told the computer chip. Then a few months again after still having same problem to take back and get a compression test. This also failed as the reading was very low. All this time the mechanic, raa and a head diesel mechanic have confirmed a new motor is needed. Since these problems I also have a problem with the intercooler which worked when I got it but doesn't now. The particulate filter I have been told also would be blocked. My fuel economy is poor and the time and money I have lost taking this van back is excessive. I still havnt been told what to do but my message to add fuel came on again after only 3 weeks since topped up. So warranty is very poor and disgraceful from renault

10 / 10I’ve had my Renault Trafic for 3 months now and I’m loving all the little extra creature comforts you don’t get with other vans. It also has speed and power even when fully loaded with all my painting gear. The drive is very comfortable. I love it!
