Ford Everest Owner Reviews

Ford Everest

The Ford Everest Trend has surprised me. Purchased as a vehicle fit for purpose to travel country roads/offroad, I didn't expect it to deliver a great deal of comfort. I previously had a European mid size AWD wagon 6 cylinder diesel which was very quiet and comfortable, but not able to cope with the rough and ready Australian country touring conditions. The Everest is half the price of that vehicle and surprisingly delivers 80% of the comfort and 200% of the off-road capability. The 2 litre turbo diesel delivers plenty of torque and power, whilst certainly noisy under acceleration. Heaps of room, it's a large vehicle but easy to handle. Disappointments are the highway based tyres supplied with the vehicle - so be prepared for additional cost if you want truck rated all terrain wheels. But at this early juncture (approx 3000 klm), not much else. Certainly a worthwhile 4WD competitor at a very competitive price. Should be on your list to consider if you are in the market for an off road vehicle.

I've found my Ford Everest to be a great vehicle - comfortable with lots of IT 'smarts', a pleasure to drive but also capable of meeting my needs for towing up to 3 tonne. I'll certainly be looking at another Ford Everest when I need to update!

My wife did not want to drive a large car. It is a pleasure to drive when I am allowed to have a drive. I bought it to tow my van does this with no trouble. A dream to drive. The guys at Cessnock Ford are very on the ball nothing is a trouble. Cheers Noel

Great vehicle, tows extremely well, plenty guts. Fuel economy isn't as good as Ford claim but still not bad for a 4x4, no electric passenger seat is a bit of a let down.

The Ford Everest is a reliable, comfortable and capable 4wd. We have used it more than our previous car due to it driving like a sedan. Love it
