Find out the Mitsubishi Eclipse Cross 2019 price today!
It's got the look that will turn heads. It's got the features that will meet all your needs. It has the performance attributes to leave you delighted. The Mitsubishi Eclipse Cross is a great choice of crossover/SUV and a true all-rounder in every sense of the word. It's a definite step above the Mitsubishi ASX, so the premium is definitely justified for all the versatility and extra class that the Eclipse Cross brings to the table.
The Mitsubishi Eclipse Cross comes with a little extra cabin space and exterior sizing compared with the ASX, although it's not quite as big as the Outlander. With a slightly longer body and a taller stance, the Eclipse Cross has a bit more of a spacious feel to it, even if it is ever-so-fractionally narrower than the ASX. One particular mention, however, is that boot space in the ASX is actually larger than that of the Eclipse Cross, which arises from the design of the cabin, as well as the flexible seating arrangements in the ASX.
Mitsubishi has designated a Suggested Retail Price range of $30,290 to $40,790 for the latest Eclipse Cross, prior to any dealer, purchase or on-road costs. At the entry-level position in the line-up is the Eclipse Cross ES (2WD), while the top-of-the-range variant in the Eclipse Cross Exceed (AWD) will get you all-wheel drive and a host of other bonus features.
Mitsubishi needs its SUVs – like the Eclipse Cross – and workhorses. Currently, about 62 per cent of the vehicles sold by the Japanese importer are SUVs and more than 29 per cent are Triton utes. This doesn’t leave much space for the Lancer small hatch or the light-class Mirage, so the addition of another small SUV to slip alongside the best-selling Mitsubis...
View ReviewYou may have noticed that the Mitsubishi Lancer has gone out of fashion recently. Long a household name and seemingly inseparable from Mitsubishi’s identity, the Lancer will inevitably become another victim of the worldwide SUV craze. Meet its replacement, the Mitsubishi Eclipse Cross. It has a puzzling name (derived from the US-market Mitsubishi Eclipse spo...
View ReviewIn what might be seen as an unusual move, Mitsubishi recently announced new entry-level variants of three key models including this one, the Eclipse Cross ES. The filling in a new entry-level sandwich that also includes the cheaper ASX and larger Outlander, the Eclipse Cross ES strips out a few features from the higher-grade LS model to get pricing below the...
View ReviewIf there’s one thing Mitsubishi loves, it’s a good concept reveal. It’s whipped the silver dropcloth off any number of design studies and future models over the last few years, most of them aimed at the SUV segment. The five-seat, five-door Eclipse Cross SUV, launched in 2018, sits between the small ASX and the medium Outlander in Mitsubishi’s burgeoning SUV...
