That may mean it’s not the most efficient vehicle going around, but with the LX570 based on the Toyota LandCruiser architecture platform, there is the utmost confidence in its reliability even when you venture far off-road. And even then, you are afforded a level of ride comfort that has few comparables, such is its steadfast poise. The interior is adorned with the finest leather and trim you’ll find, while for the revheads out there, you have controls at your fingertips for just about everything. There is cavernous room for up to eight inside the LX570, and a driver assistance package covers safety impeccably for all, not to mention depth to off-road driving rarely seen outside its brand-peer in Toyota. It may sport a polarising style but the fusion of power, reliability, practicality and comfort is mesmerising.
