BMW iX3 FAQs

PMC Says...

Having only been unveiled a year ago, the 2022 BMW iX3 is one of the quickest recipients of a facelift among any individual range within the German auto-maker’s line-up. Don’t take that as a negative, however, because it is more so a reflection of the continual innovation and push that BMW seeks to redefine the driving experience. The biggest difference in the MY22 iX3 versus the MY21 model is the inclusion of a more aggressive exterior design, which is a step in the right direction if you like a car with a bit of charisma. The 2022 iX3 now includes adaptive LED headlights with Matrix function as standard, while this new model also gets an upgrade in terms of BMW’s Intelligent Personal Assistant, as well as Live Cockpit Professional and the associated touchscreen. There are also a number of modest changes to the trim inside the cabin, with chrome details offering a more classy appearance, and sport seats now making a grand impression. There are no changes to the powertrain, but with 210kW and 400Nm at hand, plus the 74kWh lithium-ion battery, the engineering here is already at the upper echelon. In fact, upper-range acceleration has been improved, and in combination with over 450km of driving range, that makes this a great long-distance traveller on highways. Without redefining the wheel, BMW has improved an already exceptional unit in the iX3.
