Find out the Toyota Yaris 2018 price today!
Like any other vehicle wearing the Toyota badge, you can be sure the Yaris is a fantastic vehicle. It is safe, reliable, economical, practical and built to the highest standards. Toyota has never been shy when it comes to packing its vehicles with loads of features and inclusions, with the Yaris proving testament to the fact. Although not quite as competitive on price as some of the other models in this segment, particularly the Kia Picanto, there is a discernable difference in quality, which some may appreciate even at the higher price.
In the US, Toyota made the decision to discontinue the Yaris as Americans continue to favour SUVs. While that same trend has been playing out locally here in Australia, the Toyota Yaris remains a key figure in the company's line-up down under. However, those hoping to see the once aggressively-priced hatchback under $20k will be disappointed, as the brand's newest iteration of the Yaris has seen a large price increase taking it above the $20k mark.
New car prices for the Toyota Yaris begin at $22,130, which is the entry-point for the Yaris Ascent Sport. The range is capped off by the Yaris ZR Hybrid TWO-Tone, which is retailing at a price of $32,550. The Yaris line-up also features a number of other names including the SX, SX Hybrid, ZR, ZR Hybrid and ZR TWO-Tone, each priced in the high $20k territory or around $30k.
Toyotas GRMN sub-brand of performance cars is off to a promising start it's just too bad we won't see this one in Australia.
View ReviewA Toyota Yaris, Mazda2 and Holden Barina go for a surf. The Mazda and Holden are wearing Speedos or Tigerlily bikinis and when a wave dumps all three…well the ‘2’ and the Barina are fully exposed. As for the Yaris, it strides confidently from the shore break with its conservative full-length board shorts/one-piece still securely in-place This parable has a m...
View ReviewMike Duff • By what we can only imagine was a cosmically ordained coincidence, we drove the Toyota Yaris GRMN the same week that the Toyota Gazoo Racing team won the 24 Hours of Le Mans for the first time. Given that GRMN stands for Gazoo Racing Masters of the Nürburgring – verbose branding that we’re assured will spread to other performance Toyota products...
View ReviewBehold Toyota’s new hot hatch and the first GRMN branded performance road special for Europe. Bit confused? That acronym stands for ‘Gazoo Racing Meisters of Nürburgring’. ‘Gazoo Racing’ is Toyota’s de-facto factory motorsport arm that will offer performance road models at several levels. Yes, the Yaris is an odd beginning with only 400 to be built. But sour...
