Find out the Mitsubishi Outlander 2016 price today!
If you're eyeing a second-hand Mitsubishi Outlander, some of the things you may wish to look for include paint chipping, or premature break wear. In the case of paint chipping, some of the models from a few years back were reportedly vulnerable to scratching, particularly early into their ownership. The 2018 Mitsubishi Outlander was associated with brake wear at a low mileage, as well as engine stalling when changing between reverse and drive, although in the years since, these issues have not been reported. As with any car, things will deteriorate or need replacement from time to time, so don't be alarmed because every car needs some care and maintenance.
Mitsubishi didn't become one of Australia’s best-selling car brands and a household name for no reason, with the Japanese auto brand representing excellent quality. You'll find a meticulous level of detail in every model, not to mention an enduring ability to keep on keeping on. Whether it's the SUV and crossover range, inner-city vehicles or the rugged Triton ute, Mitsubishi is a brand that is built to last. Capping it all off, Mitsubishi offers a 10-year/200,000km new car warranty on all of its vehicles when serviced exclusively within the Mitsubishi dealer network, which is an industry-leading standard.
All vehicles depreciate as soon as you take possession of them, the real difference comes down to the rate at which a vehicle depreciates. For the Mitsubishi Outlander, this medium-size SUV will lose more of its value than a smaller SUV, and may also fetch less demand in the second-hand market than a Toyota, despite being just as reliable and sturdy. After three years you can expect the car to retain somewhere in the vicinity of 55% of its original value, although of course this depends on how well it has been maintained and in what condition it is. Expect the Outlander to be worth about 45% of its original price after 5 years.
It's a car full of tech and comfort, but it does lack cabin storage and I find the driver's postion at it's highest setting is still low if you're a driver that prefers higher seating postion
