This phenomenal supercar will set you back in the vicinity of $399,995 before on-road costs and any optional extras. In terms of on-road costs, you're looking at stamp duty, dealer delivery fees, registration, as well as any other government charges or taxes that may apply. The McLaren GT is certainly out of reach for most of us, but for the few lucky enough to scoop one up, they may well believe it is worth every penny and then some.
Not yet, but who knows, with a growing number of auto-makers undertaking plans to transition to electric vehicles, maybe one day the McLaren GT will follow suit. In the meantime, this thunderous unit is powered by a 4.0 litre twin-turbocharged V8 engine set-up. It offers raucous power, with up to 456kW of power, and 630Nm of torque output. All the while, fuel consumption is rated at a modest level of 10.8 litres per 100 kilometres. That might seem a little thirsty, but by supercar standards, it is surprisingly decent.

From standstill, it can reportedly reach 100 km/h in just over 3.1 seconds, while from 0–200 km/h it is understood to take just 9 seconds.
