No, and this is one of the most commonly misunderstood points to arise from the Land Rover Range Rover series. While Range Rover is a model in itself, the Autobiography, as well as the Vogue among others, are trim designations. So these names are not models like the Evoque, for example. Between the two of course, the Vogue and Autobiography offer very, very different levels of luxury, with the latter being an ultra high-end benchmark for the premium SUV series since it was launched in 1993.
Prices for the Land Rover Range Rover Autobiography range begin at $279,600 before on-road costs, which is the entry-point to work yourself into a D350 Autobiography. On the other hand, the top-spec variant in the line-up is the seven-seat Autobiography P530 long wheel-base, which retails at $304,700 plus on-road costs like stamp duty, registration, dealer delivery fee, and other government charges. If you plan to add any extras into the mix, you can expect that price to increase further.
Like many other brands, Land Rover reserves the Autobiography nameplate as a special high-end trim for one of its specific line-ups, which in this case is the Range Rover. So if you scan your eyes across the Range Rover, Range Rover Sport and the Range Rover Evoque, you may notice that the Autobiography trim is available in each instance. This is a premium finish with luxury touches through the cabin, as well as an expanded list of features and kit. Effectively, this is the crème de la crème of the Range Rover series.

But the more mundane, mainstream Giulia isn’t what the red-blooded Alfisti want to know about. They want...
