Once a big name in the Bentley line-up, the Mulsanne was officially axed at the end of 2020 after its final year of production. The series was wrapped up with the Mulsanne 6.75 Edition, where just 30 examples of this ultra-limited-edition variant were produced. Following the end of the series, the Bentayga SUV has filled the void somewhat, but the luxury auto-maker is currently developing an electric vehicle in SUV guise that will add depth to the brand's line-up.
The Bentley Mulsanne is a full-size luxury car manufactured by Bentley from 2010 until the end of its production run in 2020. Bentley derived the name from the Mulsanne Straight of the Le Mans racing circuit, a place where Bentley has had significant success in its racing career, winning the 24-hour race a total of six times. The Mulsanne was one of the few vehicles that Bentley developed internally in its entirety, and it didn't rely on Volkswagen or Rolls-Royce for its platform. The Mulsanne Speed ramps up the power and torque, taking performance to the next level.
Bentley is an alternative to Rolls-Royce, albeit priced slightly more accessible than its peer, and designing cars that are typically smaller and more focused on performance. On the other hand, for pure extravagance and opulence, Rolls-Royce is a name that has no equal. Rolls-Royce is the pinnacle of luxury, while Bentley is the staple benchmark for performance.

But the more mundane, mainstream Giulia isn’t what the red-blooded Alfisti want to know about. They want...
