It may have been a popular model from the Aston Martin range, but the Vanquish is no longer being produced, which also means that you can't find it on sale anymore - at least, not in the new car market. Even in the second-hand market, you might not find a large number of units for sale as the Vanquish was always a niche, high-end car. If you do stumble across one, however, make sure you do your due diligence as it is vital you check the background history of the car and its service record before forking out your hard-earned cash.
A high-end car like the Vanquish wouldn't be as legendary as it is if it didn't boast some impressive performance credentials. On offer here you have a sports car that can accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in a time well under 4 seconds, and from 0 to 200 km/h in just over 12 seconds. How does it manage that? Take a look under the bonnet of one of the last Vanquish's produced and you'll find a 5.9-litre V12 engine complete with 443kW of power at 7000rpm, and 630Nm of torque at 5500rpm. With those sort of figures at hand, it's no wonder the Vanquish can reach a top speed of 324 km/h.

Model year 2019 was the last time that Australian new car buyers could pick up the Vanquish new.
Alfa Romeo has been hard at work refining the Giulia. The engineers in Turin have updated the infotainment, interior trim, and driver assists to make its beautiful sports sedan a better rival for its German foes – and they’ve done a pretty good job of it. But the more mundane, mainstream Giulia isn’t what the red-blooded Alfisti want to know about. They want...
